Cancellations/rescheduling

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event that you wish to cancel your medical appointment, you must
provide us with at least 24hrs notice (Monday to Friday). Where you provide us with
this notice, we will refund the fee paid by you for the cancelled medical appointment

Any appointments cancelled within 24hrs will be charged a cancellation fee.

This policy helps us maintain efficient operations and keeps our services affordable for all customers. Should you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request and find a new time that suits your schedule.

Rebooking

We offer rebooking for a reduced fee. Please call our phone lines to rebook, if you book again online you will be charged the full medical price. Common Reasons for rebooking:
