These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, subscription services, and consultations provided by Everything Ears Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a payment, signing a contract, or engaging our services, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. 💳 Deposit & Contract Activation
A £499 deposit is required to initiate our 24-month hearing aid subscription service.
The deposit covers your custom hearing aid setup, programming, and onboarding.
Upon payment, you will receive a digital contract that must be signed before your hearing aids are dispatched.
The deposit is refundable within 60 days if you return your product in its original, undamaged condition.
After 60 days or upon product dispatch, the contract becomes binding for the full term.
2. 📆 Contract Term & Auto-Continuation
This is a 24-month minimum term agreement.
After 24 months, the contract continues on a monthly rolling basis unless you request cancellation in writing or by phone.
Cancellation requests must be made with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.
Customers may be eligible for upgrades or replacement devices at the end of the 24 months, subject to current pricing and contract renewal.
3. 💸 Payment, Stored Card Details & Authorisation
You agree to pay your agreed monthly fee via Direct Debit (GoCardless) or stored card (Stripe).
A backup card will be securely stored and charged automatically if your Direct Debit fails.
By completing your payment, you authorise Everything Ears Ltd to securely store your payment credentials (card and/or Direct Debit) via our PCI-DSS-compliant providers (Stripe and/or GoCardless).
Stored details are tokenised — we cannot view or access full card data.
Your stored payment method may be used for:
Subscription instalments
Reattempts for failed payments
Applicable repair, recovery, or cancellation fees under your contract

All payment data is handled securely in compliance with UK GDPR and PCI-DSS standards.
4. 🧾 Enforcement & Default
If you fail to make payment or cancel your Direct Debit without valid cancellation notice:
The entire remaining balance becomes immediately payable.
You will receive one reminder; after this, your account may be referred to a licensed UK debt collection agency.
Any recovery or administrative costs will be added to your outstanding balance.
We reserve the right to suspend access to support or services until the account is settled.
5. 📦 One-Off Product Purchases
We also offer hearing aids and accessories for outright purchase.
All one-off sales include:
A free remote fitting consultation
A 60-day money-back guarantee
Aftercare support for up to 6 months
The £499 deposit does not apply to one-off purchases unless otherwise stated.
6. 🔁 Refund Policy
A 60-day money-back guarantee applies to both subscription and one-off sales.
The £499 deposit is refundable only if you cancel within 60 days and return the product in original, undamaged condition.
If the product is damaged or incomplete, a reasonable repair or replacement deduction may apply.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days of inspection.
7. 📊 Audiogram Requirement
You must provide an up-to-date audiogram before hearing aids are dispensed.
If you don’t have one, Everything Ears Ltd can help organise a hearing test through an approved partner clinic.
8. 🧑⚕️ Ongoing Support & Audiologist Access
Subscription customers receive full remote fitting and support from a qualified audiologist.
One free adjustment or reprogramming is included within 6 months of fitting.
Additional adjustments beyond this may incur a fee.
Support is available via email, phone, or video consultation throughout the subscription.
9. ❌ Chargebacks & Breach of Contract
Raising a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid transaction constitutes a breach of contract.
In such cases:
Your account may be suspended without notice.
The total outstanding contract value becomes payable immediately.
We may instruct debt recovery agents or initiate legal proceedings to recover the amount due, including associated administrative costs.
10. 🧠 Product Ownership & Responsibility
Hearing aids remain the property of Everything Ears Ltd until the contract balance is fully paid.
You are responsible for maintaining your devices according to manufacturer instructions.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, or theft.
Any unauthorised repair or misuse may void warranty and refund rights.
11. 🔐 Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR)
We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal and medical data (such as audiograms) are stored securely on encrypted systems (Zoho, Google Workspace).
Data is used solely for service provision, payment processing, and ongoing hearing support.
You may request data deletion or correction at any time.

13. ⚖️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
