These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, subscription services, and consultations provided by Everything Ears Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a payment or signing a contract, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. 💳 Deposit & Contract Activation
A non-refundable deposit of £499 is required to initiate our 24-month hearing aid subscription service.
Upon payment, you will receive a digitally binding contract which must be signed to begin your subscription.
The deposit secures your custom hearing aid setup, initial services, and onboarding.
2. 📆 Contract Term & Auto-Continuation
This is a 24-month minimum commitment.
After 24 months, the contract automatically continues on a monthly rolling basis until you request cancellation in writing or by phone.
If you wish to end the agreement at or after 24 months, you must contact us to provide cancellation notice.
You may be eligible for an upgrade or replacement device at the end of 24 months, subject to new pricing and terms.
3. 💸 Payment & Enforcement
You agree to pay a fixed monthly fee (e.g., £199/month) via Direct Debit (GoCardless).
A backup card (Stripe) must also be provided and will be charged if Direct Debit fails.
You may alternatively use Klarna for one-off product payments via Stripe (subject to eligibility).
If you miss any payments or cancel your Direct Debit without proper cancellation:
The entire remaining contract balance becomes immediately payable.
A final invoice will be issued and, if unpaid, your account will be referred to a licensed UK debt collection agency.
4. 📦 One-Off Product Purchases (Outright Sales)
We also offer hearing aids and accessories for full one-time purchase at standard retail pricing.
All one-off purchases include:
Free online fitting consultation
60-day money-back guarantee
Aftercare support for up to 6 months
The £499 deposit does not apply to one-off purchases unless stated otherwise.
5. 🔁 Refund Policy
A 60-day money-back guarantee is offered for subscriptions and one-off sales (excluding deposit).
The £499 deposit is non-refundable, even if you cancel early or return the product.
Refunds apply only to amounts already paid beyond the deposit and only if the product is returned in good condition.
6. 📊 Audiogram Requirement
An up-to-date audiogram is required before we dispense any hearing aid, whether subscription or one-off.
You are responsible for providing your audiogram. However, we can assist you in obtaining one through local providers or third-party services.
7. 🧑⚕️ Ongoing Support & Audiologist Access
All subscription customers receive:
Initial fitting consultation
Access to a qualified audiologist for up to 6 months
Support via email, phone, or video for the duration of the contract
One-off buyers receive up to 6 months of aftercare unless otherwise stated.
8. ❌ Chargebacks & Breach Consequences
Initiating a chargeback or disputing a valid payment (deposit, monthly fee, or full purchase) without cause is a breach of these terms.
This may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Debt recovery through legal or third-party channels
Additional administrative and legal costs

10. ⚖️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes may be escalated through formal legal channels or third-party debt recovery partners as required.
